How we do it
First and foremost, we listen to our clients.
No two circumstances are the same. We spend whatever time it takes to ensure we fully identify and understand their challenges. It seems all too often solution providers are ready with a quick-fix course of action, a one-size-fits-all recommendation that they merely repurpose from client to client. As a comprehensive provider, Bluejacket understands that every business has some “pain.” Oftentimes, the initial complaints of pain are surface problems, or pain indicators, and not the real problems. We help drive to uncover the root causes, the reasons for the problems, and the impact they are having, both on the individuals, and the company overall.
“A problem well stated is half solved,” Charles Kettering, head of research at General Motors from 1920 to 1947
Only when we get a thorough understanding, and validation from our clients about their problems, do we move towards proposed solutions. At Bluejacket, this careful and meticulous stage is a fundamental practice.
Small- to Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs)
We usually see leaders of SMBs doing a great job in keep their business running, however, they are often juggling many balls and don’t allocate enough mindshare when it comes to marketing. With so many options, platforms, and tools today the choices are overwhelming. Leaders are unsure of what they should be doing.
These businesses are often short staffed, or understaffed in terms of technical expertise, and bandwidth. Projects take longer than expected, and the results underwhelming. Stretching employees too thin can lead to burnout, and maybe turnover. It’s difficult and expensive to replace people. Overall, the business is missing out on high-quality leads, and customers, which means missing out on revenue, the lifeblood of all businesses.
Bluejacket provides a full-scope of services, but more importantly, we work with SMB leaders to ensure they can make the right decisions for their businesses that fits their budget in terms of money, time, and resources.
Large Businesses
Though larger organizations may not have the same exact challenges as SMBs, we’ve found that the context isn’t all that different. Larger organizations—often working with independent brands and respective teams—can be just as constrained by too many choices, not enough resources, and a gap in technical expertise. Left unchecked, these constraints can lead to missed opportunities in terms of new products, new markets, and new customers. These of course affect revenue with lost potential. Bluejacket works with large businesses to help augment their existing marketing teams to help complete projects, take on lesser core-value work from the in-house team, or simply provide more horsepower with the right technical skills.
As they say with home improvement projects, there are tools you buy, and tools you rent. Whether you’re an SMB or a large corporation, it doesn’t make sense to hire people as full-time employees when the tasks or projects are short in duration.
Government
We work with local, state, or federal entities, including primary contractors or businesses that cater to them.
Bluejacket is a 100% veteran-owned (and operated) small business.
